i have messaged support 3 times now to get my name changed because it is chat banned.. so hopefuly this will bring some awareness of my problem..

Nope, no awareness to be found here sorry. Please wait for support to get back to you on this. Please also note that if you mailed support during the week-end or Friday afternoon, you will not get an answer before the start of the next week as the people at support do not work on weekends.
