Would it be possible to get my account moved from Newfoundland to Northisle w2? I ask, because 2 of my very very close friends are present in that world. And i would not have to create another account, and delete the present one i have, which i am playing from.

You could move, but you will not keep your current level and settlement... You could make a new acc, or ask the support for a restart...
sounds like a good idea. perhaps i might not make all the same mistakes i have already made by restarting. :-)

Dunno, there is a rumor floating around that newfoundland is locked for new accounts due to being (very close to) full. Dunno if they purge inactives or allow for inactive rate increasing as server goes older and open more slots or not.
Ofc if you want to play with your friends on same server this might be an issue and dunno to what extent support can/will help here
