Hi there, please let me know you about something!

Chat moderators are absolutely wrong and can not do its job. They banned people in completely stupid way. For example, I got banned when I started playing and I asked something on the forum in my language. Not everyone needs to know speak English and so in this case, nor can you read the rules which still advocate! Remember that fact! They are maybe in hope, that there will be someone who can understand them and can help them... But, no way for them.

Today I got banned for that, I wrote that the moderators act like little kids and I still stand behind it. I'm not the only one who got banned from chat for a complete breeze. I was polite. I offend anyone, I just allowed to say my opinion, what is probably wrong. Oh yes, in decent and polite society it is normal - ordinary and tolerated behavior, but not here!!! Well, the game is excellent, but the local moderators dehonesting it completely! Abusing the stronger right to plague the game and decent people. Replace them or teach them good behavior and how people can be tolerating and polite!

Well, probably, this comment will soon be deleted, and I get banned because I dared to say my opinion! Just for the fact, because they can. They are dictators! Just unfortunately can not behave ... What a pitch to play!

They do not realize that I can be a customer of the game - that I am willing to pay for it. But that is past. I will never pay for a game where MODs plagued the polite people...

I am realy pissed of!!! :-(

zino, i hope you read the rules.
Even if you cannot read or write English you seem to know your way around the internet and translators.

Perhaps the game is available in a more convenient language?
Also, it's still in open beta testing so it's still a lot of room for improvements if you go about trying to solve which ever problems you encounter.

I don't see the problem with being banned for breaking rules - you have chosen to play the game in it's English based form.

And as a side note to the matter.. You should write a ticket to support as Luuk said.

Of course I understand the important of rules and I agree with it in all way! But, I am saying, THERE ARE NO TOLERANCE, HUMANITY, POLITE BEHAVIOR and PATIENT with people from the MODs side. They are doing their job in wrong way! They are making the game realy uncomfortable! Don`t say me - "read the rules". This is not about rules. Oh man, this is about their behavior!

They either failed to warn you about something, they bann your for 5 seconds without having just simple talk with you. There is no discussion. There is just right on their side to do what they want. Just because they can... No, this is wrong in any way!
