and then IF and When PvP is ever implemented, the stronger Generals will have an advantage.
I don't think a new player would like to face an experienced player in PvP with imbalanced Generals as suggested here.
If at first you don't succeed, sky-diving is not for you.
Could be easily modified to only applied to PVE encounters, as long as we do not share troops (ie, +25% attack bonus on units of x type)

im all for it long as you come up with an idea on how to include such bonus on my generals, considering I have around 2.5M experience with 7 generals, and theres no data stored on which one killed how much.
