Farms can't start

Hey

I have 8 farms and i can't start them, the status on them is working, but the time indicator, only blink when i start them
i have 12 other farms they works fine.

can anyone help me what to do?

To clarify, having seen his island there are 8 farms with the sleep symbol above them. Apparently this has lasted for days since the fields all ran out on monday night. When the fields were replanted the other farms started work but these farms did not. When he goes into the building details the button options are for stopping the farm, not starting it. Pressing the stop button has no effect. They are level 3 farms so it would not be sensible to delete them and lose all the upgrade costs.
