I've noticed that in area 3, the south-eastern corner, there's an island with 6 resources full of 100 hardwoods. Ans since my loggers don't seem to be able to swim back and forth, how about either giving him the possibility to either get a boat, or make a small bridge to get out there?
Or maybe just put those resources back on mainland? ;-)
