Time remaining bug

I've just had quick look and not seen thread for this, if there is sorry.

I've been finding that the time remain does not always seem to go down. For example half an hour ago I started a search for a marble deposit. I left the game for a while as it had 17 minuites remaining till it found it. I've just logged on after at least 10 mins and it is still 17 mins remaining.

OK very annoying now. Completing a search for coal. Had 30 mins left. just came back and now have 4 hours left

I posted on here about 3 weeks ago with no response from BB. I have now gone through support as I don't think they read the forum.

It's just taken 50 mins to do a search for marble!
