    Deeds

Once you shell out 700 gems for, say a silo. You should have the option to build the silo in your buildings list as many times as you like without having to spend another 700 gems.
This should be the same with all the Deeds you can buy from the shop. If you spend money on a deed then you should be able to build it as many times as you like.
700 gems a time is ok if your bill gates, but im not!

    Hi AndyB,

It's an interesting idea but it would give paying players a huge advantage, and that's just not possible if we want people to keep on coming on TSO.

Paying players get an advantage anyway, thats why we pay, and maybe more would buy the deeds if they knew it was a 1 of payment.

I would still like to have that advantage. There is that gift of 45 gems a week. If there was a one time payoff pretty soon everyone would have a lot of them. 700 gems for one is a bit steep, though.

Well, you actually dont need silo's and waterworks to have a perfecly viable economy running- these items just create extra convenience if used correctly. As such the price is kinda whatever will be a good selling price i guess and mostly destined (if not only destined) to be bought by gem purchasing players. Non gem purchasers will reinvest the 45 a week + leveling gems in completely different items anyway as they are far more valuable relatively

End of day, one of cost of 700 doest get money in the bank- no money = no game
