Building Licences

Hi my building Licences all the time bugged my Copper mines are Collaspe and don't get back the building Licences :/
Can some1 help me pls?

you need to destroy the mine to get the licence back, it falling down doesn't just return it

This is not true. When a mine collapses, you will get the licence back. Try and reload the browser, and the license will show.

i destroy the mine and i try to reload my browser didn't work:/

If you are down to a SINGLE license the queu system has problems recognising you have 1 left.
You just have to wait or refresh. usually takes a few minutes for it to sort itself out.

You can see this when placing wells. If you place one then repidly go to build menu, it will be grey even though the queu is not full yet, go back in and it will be free to build. Just the way the queue detects free licenses.

I've been having the same problems so did a little experiment with not building anything else just to check I wasn't imagining it.

So, I have 8 building licences and a copper mine has just become depleted
Demolish old copper mine - still only 8 licenses
Build replacement copper mine - 7 licenses

I've tried building the new copper mine first before demolishing the old, refreshing, logging in and out etc etc but no luck.
The good news is the license did reappear about two days later for some reason!!

Same thing happened to me too. I was moving 2 of my woodcutters at the same time, so I lost a license. I only got 1 back, when I should have got 2. Waited and waited, nothing happened..

EDIT: Phew.. Got one license back, when I cleaned my computer (all the temp files) with ccleaner, and after that I logged on again so browser did install the game (the automatic white bar at the beginning before loading the game)

EDIT2: It happened again to me with exhausted well, when teared down. Cleaned my computer with ccleaner again and logged in, problem instantly fixed.. Hope they fix that bug soon so I don't have to clean my computer every time when replacing wells..

Wells don't require a licence

Actually they do at least in my game, I you don't just replace them. If you destroy a well or mine without just rebuilding them, licenses generate slowly or only after a computer cleanup. Wells also require a worker. I don't know if you can actually rebuild mine without destroying it first or by filling it with gems..

you can rebuild a mine without destroying it, but you need to use geologist to "find" a new deposit in the mine first before you can rebuild it
