My suggestion to you, please use a translator.
It depends on your activity for the ammount of MB you're going to use while playing this game.
I wouldn't do this on 3G, but only if you're connected to a wifi hotspot.
Btw, settlers doesn't run very smooth on a samsung tablet
This doesn't run very well on a Android tablet, I can tell you. I would testdrive it before trying. This besides the data aspect.
