Undefined text when building a Garrison

    Hi,
It seems that if you build a Garrison, the description says 'Undefined Text'.

    Thanks

When a building is under construction, the construction site already consumes a license (you can see this in the top left when you place the building).

However, when trying to place a building, it actually substracts the buildings under construction again from the remaining licenses. If at that point it gets below 0, you get this error message.

    Example:
    You have 4 licenses left.
Place 2 buildings, you see the licenses drop to 2.
Try to place another building. The game tries to predict now that you end up with -1 license, and therefor blocks it.
As soon as one of the earlier buildings is finished, you can build another building.
