borednow..first 15 places are free of charge for any guild. Since you have not reached that yet. No player should be charged anything to join your guild.
It is not as easy as that Polgara, considering the price of a guild is 3000g plus resources. Investing to build a guild is the same with investing to join a guild. One has to want a guild that suits your specific game style, free spot or not. I'd rather be in a guild that suits me and pay gold than a guild that is just offering a spot.
This is a tricky subject as I have turned down a few guild invitations to join for free as i did not feel they suited my gaming style but right now I can not afford the 400coins to join the any of the 3 guilds that I have found and wanted to join. I need the cois to uprade my buildings and buy a 2nd explorer. I know the 400coins are worth it and you can gain alot if you join the right guild I feel like catch 22 and 400 coins to a lvl 20/24 player is a lot to pay out at once and we dont have goldmines and coinages I guess its easier when your at a higher level.

it is a tough situation, but as you showed Emsy, it's not about a guild charging gold for a spot, but the fact of you having the necessary gold available. Thus, gaming style does play a very important role if gold was not an issue.
It is as easy as you make it as Guildleader Loning.
