Anyway, your posts lacks a certain amount of detail- to the extent that only a psychic might be able to work out what happened. Best retry with some more descriptions of what exactly happened and what u were doing etc
And if u need assistance from Blue Byte to solve it, it is best to raise a support ticket (in game- left side of screen- press cogs, menu comes out (the one with music and sound buttons etc)- one of the options is support- if you clic it, a new page opens where you can raise ticket
