How I do to paste an images here? Have tried but cant understand how I shall do!

You can upload your picture to ImageShack then post it on the forum by grabbing its URL and typing in your post:

[IMG]INSERT IMAGE URL[/IMG]

Alternatively you can select the 'Insert Image' icon on the tool bar above.

Okej! I have treid you tip Sinister but I cant get it I take a scr-print, put it in powerpoint and save it. But when I tried to use Imageshack or the insert image its says wrong format. How I do it to an image (url) picture?

Put your screenshot into MSPaint or similar, save it as any of the image formats (for example jpg or png) and then try to upload it. It should work.
