Unable to Play Servers down?

well however late it is an admin should have been on a while ago and updated what is going on and when the servers will be up again, there is nothing worse than no information, it leads to frustration... they should actually care more... this is a service for which some pay

still get the message "your zone was automatically blocked", 3 days now, and no word from support. have not encountered this kind of problem on any other game. considering the high prices for purchases, i don't longer think the game is worth playing.
