Quest not getting completed?!?

Hi all,

I currently have outstanding quests, Sell 100 water in trade is one. I have now lost count of the water I have traded but the quest will not finish.

What am I doing wrong?

Is it a waiting quest? I am having the same problem with them....they are either already ticked or, when i complete them, nothing happens at all - no tick, no option to complete or anything. I have sent in a ticket, have updated what i needed to, deleted browsing history, and still have the same problem.

Not sure what the difference is between "waiting" quests and daily quests either????

Waiting quests require you to finish (or cancel) the previous quest.
You can't complete today's quest until you have finished with yesterday's.

Soo...how I'm gonna finish the yesterday's waiting quest if it's gone from the quest list? Or should it be finished every day or it can never be finished again?

you can have 1 active quest and 1 waiting quest at a time. If you do not get to the waiting quest it will get replaced by a new one the next day.
The active quest will stay active.

Which one are you referring to as the active one? I have the "get to the next level" quest and a daily quest called "Friends". So, can the waiting quest be completed after I finish the daily quest or can it be done after the "get to the next level" quest, which seems to be refreshed after I actually get to next level?

the waiting quest is waiting for the daily quest to finish.
Its not related to the lvl quests

in Quest menu (the big yellow exclamation point) you have 4 categories:

Quests: Level xy (this is your next level quest, get to the next level to receive a reward)

Daily quests: the quest you receive each day: Friends "get buffed at least on 4 buildings etc..." (just an example, not actual quest) ---> this is the quest you need to finish every day, not the others

Active adventures: adventures you started will pop-up here. In case the menu that usually pops in the right of the screen doesn`t show up when you start an adventure, you`ll still be able to play it from this section

Waiting quests: in case you haven`t finished your precedent daily quest in the given day, a new daily quest will popup here. "Sell 100 water" BUT you need to finish the quest showing under Daily quests to get thisone active. There is no point on finishing the waiting quest untill the daily one isn`t resolved, either by meeting its requirements or by canceling it. When you finish daily quest the waiting quest gets promoted to daily, gets activated and you can now finish it.
