One more dumb ass question and this will be the last I promise. How do you get more Settlers? Cheers.

First you need more houses for them, preferably noble houses (30 settlers each if it's level 1, 10 more for each additional level).
Then, to get the population increase to more than 4 settlers an hour, make a lot of bread and attract retired bandits in the provision house.
