Return of Building Licence

Hi there,

When you tear down a mine, do you receive a return on your building licence?

My father mentioned that he does but I have never had it returned.

depends if the mine is still active and its a iron mine or gold mine or coal then yes you will if its depleted then no as you already had it back... if its a stone or marble then also no as there not mines and you dont use a licence having them

With depleted mines does the building licence automatically return then?

The licence is returned when the mine is depleted.
Quarries don't use a licence.
