lost building licenses

Hi I'm heinwe and I had today 10 licenses purchased with 650 Chems but I have
just seen in the star menu and then they were gone I had myself today retail
pack specail sure I bought the Chems so I could buy 10 licenses but now they
are gone please help

this is from date 19 04 2012
I always have that 10 licenses have not recovered it is Tuesday already please help
