help - unable to get building info, delete the building or fix it, thanks

my mill was upgrading and i deleted some building including my mill which was upgrading when i deleted it.

i cant get access to the mill info, i can select it, but no more.

if you could delete the mill or fix it, i thank you

update:

i can select other buildings (not storehouse) and with the info window open i can select the mill, and deleted it, no need for help. thanks anyway
