I did the tutorial Bounty adventure on reaching level 26. I then repeated it by buying it with 10 fish.

As I was restocking a stone mine with one of the rewards it froze and didn't buff - the item was greyed out in the star menu. I closed the star menu and when I opened it again all the remaining bounty was gone and also the stone mine wasn't refilled.
