My hardwood forester refuses to plant trees. Workyard-deposit path says time is N/A. Tried to demolish it, build it on same place again. He just planted one tree and N/A again.

So I demolished the forester and tried cutter on same place, after some time he cannot find trees. Is it possible just this one place on the island is bugged?
I builded 2 HW Foresters before HW Cutter. They sat on they asses and don't do anything before I builded HW Cutter. After that they just replenish what HW Cutter cuts but don't replenish others HW trees at all. In 12 hours they lagging behind schedule ~46 HW trees, in 24H they gonna lag ~93
