Building licence

I have just removed a hardwood cutter and a hardwood sawmill because i wanted to build them another place. Then i build the sawmill and want to build the cutter, but then it tells me i have used all my building licence. I have removed 2 and build 1 again.

sometimes the lisences do not update as expected. in general a relog fixes this.
