to be more kind than people around here, i will answer your question, with information i have. There are 3 decorations increasing population limit, here they are :
1. white castle - you can get it as reward from stealing from the rich adventure, there is 3.0% chance to get this castle. White castle increase population limit by 50 settlers. Unfortunately, i dont remember the size of area it takes when it is placed to your island.
2. Dark castle - you can get it as reward from the black knight adventure, there is 4.8% chance to get this castle. Dark castle increase population limit by 100 settlers. It need 4 times 4 area units to be placed on island (4 area units width, 4 area units length)
3. Witch Tower - (i think it is the name, because in German wiki it was called hexentrum) - you can get is as a reward from Dark Brotherhood adventure, there is 5.0% chance to get this decoration. Witch tower increase population limit by 100 settlers. It needs 2 times 2 area units to be placed on island. (2 area units width, 2 area units length).

p.s . edited : i forgot metion that all of these are decorations and therefore it cost you no building licences.
