Could you please fix the Recycling manufactory so they actually work?

As title says could you fix the Recycling manufactory, as it seems it still uses lumber just as if placing a coal cooking plant despite the fact it shows as if using no materials, what is the point of spending a massive amount of gems on it, if its not different than placing a coal cooking plant? except for the fact ofcause it gives one free license but then again, i might aswell buy 10licenses then rather than spend 990gems on a building which works in exactly same way as a coal cooking plant.

So please make it work properly.

EDIT: Btw pretty positive they use lumber because i toggled off all other lumber spending production and my lumber store stacks still went down.

Recycling plants don't require any resources.

Only bowmaker i have is longbows which uses hardwood not pine wood.

EDIT: Have no shortbow production, i toggled all coal cooking plants & sawmills that use the basic pine wood lumber into sleep mode, yet my lumber still went down, when only recycling manufactory was active and not on sleep mode, so would stand to logic it was them using my lumber resources. Secondly i have one woodcutter per coal cooking factory, and 1 woodcutter per 2 sawmills so in that equation they should not go down(and yes all buildings are level 3), even if somehow sleep mode got bugged or something. Only explanation is my recycling manufactories were pulling the lumber in my storage down.

EDIT 2: Now i have further put my 3 Recycling manufactories into sleeping mode all sudden my lumber stocks started to go up again, so they are bugged if its only for me i can't say but they definately not working correctly, and do spend lumber on my island.

I have never heard of this before. My recycling plants are working fine :x
