It might be an idea on sandycove to add 1 or 2 things to the welcome text in the chat.

Lots of mods/players always helpfull when things are asked, but 99% of the questions is anwsered by the guide.
yes but newbies do like to ask real people the questions as then they can ask more and get the answers. simply telling them to go to a link all the time may make newbies feel unwelcome. what should be on the welcome guide is the rules (no random friend requests ect.)
