chat problem

Hi.

Has anyone else experienced problems in chat (in game)? And by "experienced", i mean to never be able to use the chat.
I cant type anything in global or help tabs, nor can whisper (even with friends).
I already reported this to support, but wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem.

Have you tried to empty your cache and cookies? This often helps.

Hi.

This happens every day since i started playing the game. And it doesnt end. Its continous.
And i already contacted support, but no one seems to know how to fix it.
Support staff even asked me to give them my password, which i thought to be very strange.

Mh... this is weird. Have you checked the different drivers on your computer just in case?
Also, what web-browser are you using? Have you tried using another?

Hi.

Yes, already tried different browser and computer (was one of the solutions that support told me to test). I currently use Firefox.
Ans as far as i know, there's nothing wrong with the drivers.

I also have never been able to use chat. I have tried clicking in all areas of the chat window. I can click on another player to activate a whisper session but cannot type a message to them.

I am using Firefox and have cleared cache and cookies.

are you clicking on the box at the very bottom of the chat area and typing in there?
