Demolishing Building

I apologize if this have been up before but i was searching and i could not find any answers.

Building cost for forester are 10 Tools demolishing the same gives You back 2 Tools.
When upgrading to lvl 2 it costs 120 Hardwood planks and 100 Marble, 2min
lvl 3 300 Hardwood planks and 150 Marble, 1 h
lvl 4 500 Coins and 300 Marble, 24 h
lvl 5 500 Exotic wood planks and 300 Granite, 7 days

Just so the game can be realistic the forester do not produce when upgrading.
And so the game can be unrealistic when You demolish upgraded building You get back 2 Tools.
Why is this so?

I don't know the answer to your question, but the exchange rate, and upgrade rate, is not very good or realistic.
I'm finding one of the issues is the cost of upgrading; I seldom have sufficient gold to complete upgrades because the cost can be quite expensive

Hi Gromobran,

When you demolish something you are breaking it. It seems perfectly normal you should not get back the resources you originally spent in building/upgrading the building.

That is not the problem. Build cost 10 Tools demolish 2 Tools
First upgrade 120 Hp and 100 M demolish still 2 Tools
Next upgrade 300 Hp and 150 M demolish still 2 Tools
Next upgrade 500 C and 300 M demolish still 2 Tools
Next upgrade 500 Ep and 300 G demolish still 2 Tools
It is as You said perfectly normal, to not get all resources You spent. But 2 tools Represent only first build.
