So this is the 4th day in a row i have finished my daily quest and not gotten the reward emailed to me. every day i put in my support ticket and hear nothing back. i really wouldnt care if the materials to complete the quests hadnt been taken out of my warehouses.
anyone else having this issue??

Daily quests rewards automatically get added to the storehouse, they do not appear in the mail.

I have the quests do not work for several days.
Produce enough scaffold rods to obtain 50 iron swords (0/50) I have in storehouse 409 iron swords but this quest not completed.
Today i got new quest "Military extension" Train 10 soldier in the barracks (10/10) I have 43 soldiers but quest not complete.
Whats the problem?
You need to make "scaffold rods" in the provisions house to complete the first quest. Current supply of swords in the storehouse does not count.
You can't complete the second (waiting) quest until you have finished or cancelled the previous quest.
If at first you don't succeed, sky-diving is not for you.
