    Traitors XP Version

    Hello everyone,

Here's a nice way to level up quickly with minimal losses.
The adventure gives 5060 XP for an average of 99 Recruits losses. And its done within 15 minutes.

Theres 2 versions. 1 with Xbowmen and 1 with LBowmen. I havent tested the LBowmen version in the game but ran it through the battle calculator.
I think it works but with the Xbowmen version it definatly works.

REMEMBER this only works with 1 veteran and 2 NORMAL!! generals.
So do NOT use battle hardened generals instead of NORMAL generals!
ALSO, beware that the section "Units to take along" is only to show what units you putt on your generals to send them to the adventure, once in the adventure you have to arrange them to what the tables show on the right side before attacking the corresponding camps!.

Follow everything EXACTLY as shown on the tactical map or you WILL lose units!

Remember... This is a XP version, so there is NO loot!

    PS.
Sorry for the blurry screenshot, shoulda saved it in BMP i guess .

    HAVE FUN!

Thx! I was thinking about blocking camp 3, but it seemed to me too risky. I will try it

Well, I tried it twice. The first was a succes, but at the second one I lost my 192C... The battle ended too early. The game was laggy...

I rewatched my longblock: it was only 6 rounds long (and that's the minimum (6-11 rounds in the simulator)).

Its 194C and on average if i remember right that fight should last 9 rounds average. It hasnt gone wrong for me since i started using this tactic, been like 15 times now

Wouldn't it be better to go with 200C? Your tactics worked 2 times fine for me, but the 3rd time I lost my Cavs. In round 5 I had 27 Cavs left and lost 14, In round 6, I lost lost the 13 remaining. I guess that if I would have sent 200 Cavs, that I would have made round 7.

200C will win the fight too early

I use 2R 192C, you get minimum of 7 rounds this way and an average of 8.97 rounds.

If you can be wiped in 6 rounds with 194C, you can be wiped with 192C in 6 rounds too. Even more chance to be wiped with less Cav's.

It's not guaranteed that more cavalry will make the battle last longer... it all depends on the victory chance that setup has.
By replacing a few cavalry by melee units, you can get the victory chance to be only a little above 50%,
which usually will give the longest average number of rounds in the fighting.

All fights below are for Traitors camp 3 (Slett's numbering), and give 6-11 rounds of fighting (after 100,000 simulations).
However, as you can see, the average number of rounds is varying a little.

These show the kind of optimisations I do for my guides, showing why few of my blocks have only cavalry.
I always pick the one giving the longest average fight, in this case it would be 1M 192C:
    • 194C - victory chance 43% - average number of rounds 8.92
    • 1R 193C - victory chance 59% - average number of rounds 9.06
    • 2R 192C - victory chance 73% - average number of rounds 8.98
    • 1R 1M 191C - victory chance 65% - average number of rounds 9.08
    • 1R 1S 190C - victory chance 61% - average number of rounds 9.03
    • 1M 192C - victory chance 54% - average number of rounds 9.11
    • 2M 190C - victory chance 58% - average number of rounds 9.10
    • 1M 1S 189C - victory chance 53% - average number of rounds 9.01
    • 1S 191C - victory chance 49% - average number of rounds 9.02
    • 2S 188C - victory chance 47% - average number of rounds 8.87
    • 1S 1E 188C - victory chance 54% - average number of rounds 8.86
    • 1E 191C - victory chance 57% - average number of rounds 8.97
The fact that the minimum number of rounds is as low as 6,
will still mean that some players some times will be as unfortunate as Lisztes though.
But the higher the average number of fights is, the more seldom that mishap would happen.
