Just in time for the instant upgrade with gems, so just what percentage of TSO's did the econimists come up with that will actually pay gems to do the VERY expansive week's upgrade???

as for choice there isn't one, both my barracks and provsions house are on a weeks upgrade. and the timing is purely because i have collected the Granite !

There is a choice and you chose to upgrade

That’s the kind of choice you have though when you meet someone down a dark alley who asks for all your money with something shiny in there hand. Not much of a choice, there is only one option to take if you want things to go well.

I Think the hole idea about not being able to produce while upgrading, is a good thing. You must plan you way out, or wait with lvl5 buildings untill you have enough resources.
