    cannot access existing account

    I have an existing account in North Isle (realm 2) which I have been working on for months and spent a lot of money on gems for and now I cannot access it, I accidently created a new account thinking that if I chose the same name and access details it would correct the matter and now every time I use my usual shortcut it takes me in there at level 1 again
