Settlers-Football – The EC2012-Event


After the maintenance on Wednesday, the 6th, your settlers will suddenly become very busy. With our European Football Championship 2012 - Event you and your settlers will not only be watching the tournament – you will be in the middle of it!

Read on and you´ll learn how to put the "round thing into the square one"!

Balls, balls, balls.. And even more balls!
The main resource you can gather, save up and barter for buffs, buildings or decorations in the shop will be footballs.

You can obtain them as a...

• reward for successfully completing the football-EC-islands,
• reward for the daily EC-quests,
• shop-item in exchange for gems.

The balls are listed in your mayor’s house under the category "basic". They are tradable as usual resources.

These are the football-items you may get in exchange for footballs:

Friary (840 , limit 5)
(productivity building)
The monks optimized the brew production! With this friary it is possible to replace 4 breweries of the same level. It uses no building license but needs wheat and water due the process of brewing.

5 building licenses (370 , limit 1)

Even though 5 licenses are not enough to build your own stadium, they will be very useful to place some new production buildings on your island.

Stadium snack (150 )

Who wants to watch a football match without any snacks? With this bracing stadium snack your workers will be able to produce 4 times faster – for 24 hours. On a friend‘s island the snack will last 36 hours.

Fan hat (180 )
(mayor’s house buff)
Every settler wants a merchandising product from their team! With their new look, this buff will help your settlers reproduce 3 times faster for 8 hours.

Show off your country colors, vouch for your team! Show all visitors that you are thrilled with the game and have the hope for many goals! For each and every team of the EC 2012 there is a flower bed.

The EC-2012-event will be available for a limited amount of time! After this time, the special EC daily quests and EC adventures will not be available anymore. All the footballs you have gathered till then may be traded for the special items for one more week after the end of the event. We will inform you about the exact times and dates.

i am guessin g we have the same length of time as the other servers around a month to play this?

at Test server were 2 types of adventures basic and harder version. Could we play both of them? Or we have to pick one version? Rewards are same just more exps in harder version per match(adventure)
