Trade gold not added

i setup a trade in the trade tab. Seeling 400 horses for 19gc. accepted 2 or 3 trade requests and have not received gold for either.
i'm sure this has happened before but ignored it.
can you take a look thanks

Please empty your cache and cookies, check if you have any actions going on that might use gold coins and send a ticket to support if this happens again.
