In my quests I find tasks which involve trading or interaction with others.
I do not have any "friends" or any possibility of interacting with others.
Does this mean I will never be able to finish this quest?

just cancel the quest if ur unable to complete it or add ppl as friends alot ppl will accept random requests or go to the trade channel to trade with others
