Full storage icon on a building

It would be great if it was possible to add some icon when storage is full and the bulding can't produce,
similiar to the one when you don't have enough resources and you can see it on such building

... better to see that you or anyone else should not buff such building

I could be wrong but on the test server one of my buildings is fast asleep and I can't wake him because my storage is full. Whether this is something being introdiced I'm not sure.
