It started exactly at 12.30am London time for me. So you might be facing another problem other than the maintenance if you couldn't log in long before 4 and half hours ago

maintenance time should of finished 17 minutes ago for me im in australia and it should have finished at 2pm so why cant i log in

Yeah it has been down since my lunchtime and im in NZ and it is 4:18pm here so it should be another hour from now hopefully :P lol, That it might be on (I hate this whole time zone conversion thing )
