Unable to "log in" --> Play Now

Interesting that (as per someone here) I was able to go to the American version and log in and play, but come back to the EU version and it's a no go.

I can only suggest that you use the browser that works. We have heard from players sometimes having difficulties with firefox.

When i started this game it stated somewhere it was optimized for IE9. That should explain it for most...

That being said. It works fine with most recent FF combigned with most recent Flash.
On all main browsers you need to clear cache on a regular bases. Aspecially after a downtime.

I have had the same thing for about 3 days have tried all the suggested microsoft solutions to no avail. Tried on a different computer same issue - really frustrating do the Settlers technical folk ever check these threads and propse solutions?

I'm finally back on but we should be compensated SOMETHING for now having to rush to complete 4 EC matches before they end! :-(

try this:

1) download the attached zip file, unzip it and doubleclick index.html
(if it open by default in another browser you don't want to use - close it, right-click on index.html, select "open with" and select the browser you want to use)
2) *important* - wait untill everything is fully loaded
3) type your user and pass in the new fields and click "Login" button
4) *important* - wait untill everything is fully loaded (should be almost instant this time)
5) click on "PLAY NOW" button and the game should load properly in new tab or browser (depending on which browser you use)

Edit BB_Azariel: please detail everything that's in your Zipped file before adding it.
Any spyware/viruses (etc..) will earn you a permanent ban from the game.
