I very much appreciate that you have taken the time to read and reply on the threads. That said, support is doing nothing. No one has bothered to even let us know if they have taken notice of this major problem that is OBVIOUSLY a game created problem. All of these people did not go and change their computer configs so that suddenly the game won't work for them. This needs to be addressed and fixed. It is not possible for everyone to update to the newest version available of google chrome or to get a faster internet connection or whatever the problem is. If the game was working one day and then it wasn't.... they changed something. I think the least anyone is asking for is confirmation that the problem has been recognized and someone has been assigned to look into a resolution. So that they don't lose paying customers like myself and many others on here. The only reason I am even still around is because I have invested a fair amount of time and money into it and I'm not quite ready to walk away, but I'm getting there.

Is it asking to much for someone to recognize there is a problem?
