    Watermills and silos. "Premium features, premium prices". Okay, lets take a look. Here a medium sized economy, not ready for 2 adventures a day, but quite capable (numbers from my own player level 25-33 economy, until I downsized a bit, to reduce daily maintenance)

    - Wheat: 20 level 3 farms -> 20 level 3 silos: 20 * 750 gems: 15000 gems ^= 62.49 EUR for hassle free wheat industry

    - Water:
    * 1 lvl3 stable, 2 lvl3 breweries, 3 lvl3 bakeries: consumes 11418 water per day (production time + one minute for the ways)
    * 1 lvl1 well or watermill produces 360 water per day. For 11418 you need 31.72 level 1 buildings.
    * that makes 10 level 3 watermills: 895*10 = 8950: 37.29 EUR for hassle free water

    So, we are talking about a "premium price" of 99.78 EUR to make a medium sized economy self-sustaining in respect to wheat and water ... :-)

    Calculations based on 24000 gems per 99.99 EUR

    I don't have any silos though I do have some some 40 lvl 3 farms and 4 lvl 5 farms, and umpteen medium fields, I do have 1 watermill - free of charge, and numerous wells and always have enough water oh and 2 lvl 3 stables (with 38k horses) and similar sorts of bakeries etc. and 1 friary . . . (free of course!)

    And my point is that I haven't spent a penny in gems on these buildings - I would say my economy is more medium then the quoted above because I can't do 2 adventures in a day . . . indeed the economy quoted above is more a small economy which would struggle to do adventures at a regular rate.

    That's the choice you make.

    It all depends on how u like to play game , on my island i have 66 farms lvl 3+ so lots of wheat fields , yes lots or rebuilding also , 2x friary lvl5 lvl3 , and 4x horses lvl3
    and 8x bakery lvl 4 i consume roughly arround 50k water per day and i only have 2 watermills and some wells that i dont rebuild often , most of my water is bought.

    If you concentrate on 1 part of economy u can over produce loads of res and sell them so u can make "gem" buildings.

    i can produce per day around 26k bread 14k brew 6k horses and around 9k bs - when i sell it all , + little bit from my coins production i can get up to 2k gc per day and thats roughly price per 1 water mill or 1 silo , u just need to find a seller.
