Have you also tryed the compatibility button?

if you have so many problems with FP unistall it and install a earlier version when posible or a freah version of the player.

O-M-G!! I am FINALLY back on!! I've had no access to my game since early A.M. on June 21 (EDT)!! Seven LONNNNGGGG days, and my kingdoms is in ruins!!

I think we should be compensated for the aggravation, multiple support tickets back & forth asking the same questions over and over, and all the frustration for being rushed now to try and complete the EC Matches on time.

I think the EC Matches should be extended by 7 days as well, to give those that were not able to log in for a 7 days, the time to complete them all.

What do you say BB?

i am still not able to play

Yep, still can't play. Earlier couldn't even press the log in-button but now can log in. After pressing play now just blank white screen appears. I'm using IE8, newest flash etc. have cleared cache. IE gives error:

Managed to log in today, first time for at least a week. Just going to see what state I'm in.

I second that! The least they can DO for players locked out of servers for a week, is to provide an explanation as to the reason WHY. A goodwill gesture on their behalf would be to offer compensation to players affected by their server issues.

Haven't been able to log on all morning, usually takes 5-10 attempts but this morning I have been trying to log in for hours with no success.. Maybe yous should spend some of the money you are earning from the ridiculously overpriced gems and buy some more servers.. Getting sick of this, think I may just give up on the game altogether..
