Unable to log in? Please help us understand why!

i can get on through fb account and changing 'homepage' to 'play' in address bar but sis cannot get on her uplay account and changing to 'play' does not work !! Don't know if any relevance but hey ho ... good luck guys

When hitting the play button it sais on the next screen: "File loading failed The client was unable to load a data file Delete your browser cache and try again." Wich I did several times with no results!!! IE8 doesnt even let me log in!
I had this problem yesterday but after a few hours a could play. Today however it doesn't work no metter what I try. I will install GC allthough I don't like it!

Hello there,
I have been accessing the game through Firefox for the last many months, but this has stopped with a note saying
'The client was unable to load data file.
Delete your browser cache and try again.'

I have learned how this is done and cleared history - cache. but still hit the same wall?
I am resorting to load it through Internet Explorer.

Please help... What am I doing wrong?

i had the same problem untill i changed it by hand. it runs perfect ever since

Another problem to throw into the equation ... a friend, who also cannot log into the game, has tried to log in to access the forum and add his system details but cannot do so as it is saying 'ADMINISTRATOR DISABLED' ... he has given it the 'time out' to change password ... is that anything to do with this problem aswell !!!

Have been using Windows Internet explore ever since I started playing, many months now. A few days ago I could not get in play button would not work and could not issue support ticket. My friend uses Google Crome and suggested I try it. The game works fine now in Crome but still not in IE:
IE Version 8.0.6001.18702
Flash 11.3.300.257
I tried the suggested fix of changing log in to play from homepage but that made no difference
