WOW, you want a reply that quickly on a Friday evening / Saturday morning. Really, what planet do you live on???
First, try reporting this problem to the correct place, ie a ticket to Support.
Second, what on earth would you like the in-game MOD's to do about this problem??? They are great and do an excellent job but they have NOT got the sort of access to the game that would be needed for this problem!!!
Really hope you get this problem solved but, mate, you need to get your head out of the clouds :-)

As DaveyDent rightly said your problem isnt something the MOD`s can deal with,this can only be taken up with support who can access your account and see where the issue lies
