stuck res that cant be dropd on mayors house

the last 40 mins to 1 hours i have had sum bronze stuck between the star menue and mayors house

i dropd it on to the mayors house nothing happend apart form it gryd out
sins i dropd that on the mays house i have cleard the catch refreshed browser restartd computer
i have managed to drop other resorces on to the mayshouse its just that 1 is stuck
