Epic buildings

Several adventures state "chance to get an epic building" in the blurb when you start it.

Upon checking on guides that include the percent chance of each loot for each slot, there is aparently no chance of an epic anything!

So is the blurb right and the player guides are incorrect, or the other way around?

Can anyone give a definitive list of adventures that do have a chance of an epic building please (include what epic building it is).

There are some obvious ones like 'stealing from the rich' with a chance to win the white castle.

What others could be found?
