THE SETTLEMENT
There are other games,
That i could play,
But on settlers,
I prefer to stay.
To clear the land
And work all day
Growing crops, and mining,
Is the settlers way,
Get out of bed,
To make some bread,
And then there are fish,
Such a tasty dish,
Wild Mary is a bandit leader,
Such a tough little bleeder,
Send your armies, out and about,
To kill the bitch, and kick her out.

Night and day the little ones toil,
Upon the green and pleasant soil,
They cut the wheat and lift the pails,
And whence the brewer makes gallons of ale.
And armies with full bellies of beer,
With swords that the bandits fear,
Tramp and stamp across the land,
To purge it of Bert and his band.
Bloodied and battered they return victorious,
The general on his horse so glorious,
In tow a collection of logs as plunder,
Bought with recruits, now six feet under.
And freshened with sausage and bread,
They march to claim Wild Mary’s head,
And now free from fear the woodsman chops trees,
Whilst in the distance the geologists shouts “yippee”.

General Stronghelmet the hero,
a final sector liberated.
Wild Mary the foe,
the bandits defeated.
A marching band on his mark,
a grand party for all.
The true tale is dark,
remember those who fall.
We soldier on,
wave after wave.

a horse's path we pave.
We pile forwards,
swords a-flailing.
The general's stalwarts
throw bronze a-hailing.
We recruits,
we band of brothers,
won't give a hoot
or fear of others.
We form our legend,
written by ourself.
Fought to the end
to our dying health.

There once was a game,The Settlers Online ,whitch most of us find real amusing,
To build and to quest and to do lot's of things it really can get what confusing.
But you find the trade tab, a brave brand new world ,you sell and you buy,win and loose some,
The stones and the logs become meat,steel and gold, and even adventures you get from.
You find lot's of ventures like Sons Of the Veld,whitch most people find a real bummer,
You sell them for gold,but what do you find?, more likely the Santa in summer.
The ups and the downs yes the game got it all,we just go on level by level,
and when where al up there with hundreds of building,we think this must be from the devil.
Cause all of that building,those wells and those fields,is something you didn't sign up for,
But at level fourty you don't want to stop, so please Blue Byte give us a backdoor.
Wood and stone,
That’s where shall I start.
For my future city,
holds these at its heart.
Forget not the house,
nor fields full of plants,
else my little township,
shall be as quiet as a mouse.
Wander thy explorer,
seek me a way.
Bandit neighbors to conquer,
or an adventure to play.
Work hard my settlers,
be efficient and true.
There are levels to gain,
encampments to plow through.
I salute them now,
my previous foes.

with Chuck's mighty forces,
it was a significant loss,

Wild Mary held firm,
surrounded by kin.

a vicious strike to the chin.

Stealing from the rich is an adventure i like to play.
There are some really evil bandits to kill
But the robins castle shall be mine, I say
When I don’t get it my guilmembers tell me to chill
One hundred of times I have played this adventure real fast
But I don’t know how long my patience will last
The second player tells me to slow down with the slaying
He tells me he needs to make a kill so I need to stop playing
So here I am now, writing my rap
While defeating watchtowers
And hoping for the castle or some blue flowers

In the sektor three
There’s a production line
and as you can see
it’s quite mighty fine
Where bread and brew
from ovens and kettles
are brought to my crew
wherever they settles
First off is wheat
produced in a field
by a farmer so sweet
who will never yield
Carried by hand
to friary and mills
wherever they stand
without any spills
The stable also need
some good yellow wheat
to grow a strong horse
for my riding force
With horse and bread and brew
I build my riding crew
On adventures they will go
to strike down every foe!

Was in the days of the amiga
That i first played this game
The graphics were basic
But the gameplay the same
Some things have changed though
Send the general to war
But where are his troops
No cannons to roar
He moves very slowly
Its quite plain to see
Just enough time
For toast and some tea
And as for a coinage
I'll give BB a hint
In all previous games
It was simply a mint

I wanted adventure
plus much more!
I got myself land
a town
and adventure
from marble to stone
from copper to ore
from explorer, adventure and general!
though the game may be paced,
the battles are forced
the adventures are wanting
and gold that is disappointing!
I say settlers for life,
settlers for laughter
my guild
my fun
my honor!
for without the settlers life is not much better!
