    Hiya! Many of my friends has stopped playing the game after reaching level 38+, because most of the gaming time was: building exhausted wells and fields. That is not IMHO very good gameplay thinking from developers, that you "force" players to play every day via doing the same compulsory thing over and over again (witch is dead boring). And you have to build every single field and well one by one, and watch it being build so slowly... I'm starting to be frustrated to that too, and 90% of game time is just building wells and fields.

    How about you place new button on wells and fields, that function is to "auto-rebuild": It will rebuild the well again when it collapses. Using the autobuild button, it replaces it as many times as the button is "on". Though, using that auto-build, the well/field would cost double (or triple) the resources! So if you want to save resources or are out of them, you can still do it the old fashioned way!

    Other option is a new building: Field/well-rebuilder: He's function is to rebuild collapsed wells and fields. He'd use also twice (or triple) the recources and he would take a little time while walking all around the island rebuilding wells and fields (slow, costly, but steady).

    Or at least you should have some tool for "build wells / fields to where they have collapsed" -> you wouldn't have to build then one by one. Though they should be taken out of building queue. The one and only thing driving players away, is the frustrating job of field/well re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-construction. If that is fixed, I personally could live with the idiot geologist, who will sit on his ass if not told to go find something. (There has been posts of that: make geologist search copper ore -> he'd search copper ore as long as he is told to do something else)



    e: PS. I know the meaning of that field/well/idiot-geologist thing: you want people to play every day for hours, and don't want to automate the game (so it gets too easy). But! Game should not be too monotonious, same thing every day for hours (build a well, wait...wait...wait.... add another well in the building queue....wait....wait....wait....add another well in the building queue....wait ETC. you get the point). The game incredients should be made of the fun things people like to do (Adventures, making troops, making resources etc, new building-construction, new ares to build on etc.) Now you are driving players away, because they see no possibility to advance and gameplay: High levels you have 30-40 farms (upgraded to lvl3-4), and have hundreds of fileds and wells -> that is several hundreds of fields and wells that need to rebuild EVERY single DAY, over and over again).

    I have to admit, at lvl42 this game has stopped feeling like a settlers game, its more like a harvest moon type game now, maybe they need to rename it to "Wells & Fields Online (Beta)"

    My consumption of wheat is 27313 a day, so i have to build 68 medium wheatfields every day. is about 1,5 hour building just fields. i am lucky i was able to buy 27 watermills during easter event.
    For cover just half of the production of wheat i need 34 Silos which is "just" 25500 gems (more than 100 EUR). Somebody in BB thinks we are stupid of what?

    Totally agree. This "game" is turning into a second job, and not fun at that. It's bad enough having to keep rebuilding my mines, but fields ??
    Totally agree that this part of the game should be automated more. For those that are against the automation they can just turn the option off. Win-win.

    I agree, this game is turning in to a boring rutine.. to much waiting. and have to be around minimum once a day.. Just to refill!! The hole game structure need to be reconsidered.. People will getting bored sooner or later..
    suggest to open up for "war with one another".maybe fixing up som dedicated battle maps?. and the surviving will receive glory and fame" or just some gems..

    Same goes for ore deposits: repeatedly sending your (useless) geologists to find copper, iron, stone, marble, gold and coal deposits on a daily basis is dreadfully boring. Even the range of adventures is very small and limited. Might as well delete my account

    everyones biggest gripe and why BB are loosing long time customers everyday - games turns into a boring wheat and well game after a certain level.

    I played daily sometimes 2x daily - went away on holiday and came back and just thought wtf do i play this game for when i had to rebuild everything, its pointless so i quit.

    Loot can be bought from the auctions cheaper than gained from adventures, you don't really 'adventure' on an adventure because they are identical every single time and just a grind and the only thing that upgrading buildings does it make you play the wheat and well game more....

    I keep an eye on forums for major changes but so far its all things aimed at new players not long term guys, it will be nice to see the production but whats the point - most long term players have the balance sorted anyway.

    Come on BB get this game interesting and bring some variation in please!!

    Simple answer, new specialists.
     
    Farm worker: activate short,med,long actions, using resources like the adventurer does and keeps fields planted for 12-24-36 hours.
    Water carrier: same active timers, same resource usage as adventurers and keeps wells full.
