Only see grey page

Hi
I have a problem loading/playing it from my netbook.
it works fine on my PC but when i try and play it from my netbook all I get is the intial grey page with a tiny piece of the white line.
I have cleared my history and cookies on my netbook.

...got a bit further now. it is on the initialising screen

Please make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer and that all your drivers are up to date.
