After further checking I can even see when they were added to the star menu and removed. They where added on 23.07.2012 at 19:15 and you moved them from the star menu on the 23.07.2012 at 20:27.
This being the case we can't refund the gems you used.

I can not say I did not remove move things from star menu, with all quests / provision house / rewards there I need to clean it regularly. That is not an issue.
That being said i can only state that this has to be made public and therefore will.
Your customers should be aware of the fact they will be losing their money thru the game for something they did not do.
