Suggestions have been made for extra tabs, programable tabs (so you can choose which channel you want it to send you to) etc. Suggestions have fallen on deaf ears it appears.

After the big shake up earlier in the year when different language channels appeared for the first time, they then fixed it so that once you changed to a global channel, you stayed logged into it, except after maintenance, when you have to relog in. In recent weeks, a bug does seem to have crept in which is stopping this.

As for people typing and then giving the old chestnut, oh sorry wrong channel - really is a case of look before type / pushing the enter key.

The flags you have displayed are all contries which have their own language server - remember that this server is not and hasn't been for a lot of months the UK server - the UK does not have its own server - this is the European English server - people chose to come here so they have to accept English as the main language and put up with the associated "problems".

If I joined the german server, I wouldn't expect to find an English channel and would soon notice their global-1 channel is all in german!

Perhaps a far simpler solution would be to rename this server, once again, as the EU server and then it can cater for all the EU languages and then we could have a proper UK server again, for English only . . . I would happily give up my lvl 44 to go there and start from scratch if it meant we didn't have this language conflict dragged up every 60 minutes or so in chat or in the forum

just need people that don't talk or want to talk English to take the time (all of 3sec) to look at the global tab prob solved. There are a good number of people who come on this server to use English even though it is not their first language.
